Minimum stay may change depending on the period

Children up to 5 years old are free of charge.

Dogs and cats are accepted by prior notice and agreement at the time of booking. A fee of 5€ per night is charged for animals in the flat

A deposit of 100€ for apartments, 40€ for camping is required at the time of booking.
The balance is paid in advance upon arrival

Checks from Italian banks are accepted

Initial supply of bed, bath and kitchen linens is included in the price.

Other changes are available for a fee.

Final cleaning of dishes and kitchenette is the responsibility of the guest.

Check-in: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out: until 10 am.
Other times are possible by prior arrangement at the time of booking.
